Overview

AutoFlowBoss is a Chrome extension that automates batch workflow actions on supported Flow pages at labs.google.

This Privacy Policy explains what data the extension handles, how it is used, and when it is shared.

AutoFlowBoss is provided by ZhoeyDev. AutoFlowBoss is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

What the Extension Does

AutoFlowBoss helps users:

  • add reference images
  • enter or load prompt text
  • control batch generation settings
  • start and monitor Flow page automation
  • scan generated results into an internal gallery
  • download outputs to the browser Downloads folder
  • activate and validate a product license

Data the Extension Handles

1. Data stored locally in the browser

The extension stores data locally in the browser to support its user-facing features. This may include:

  • extension settings such as output count, orientation, selected model, loop count, and output subfolder
  • queue metadata such as selected file names and item counts
  • gallery entries for generated outputs
  • debug logs related to extension activity
  • license state such as license key, session token, device identifier, plan, expiration date, and validation timestamps

2. Website content and resources

When used on supported Flow pages, the extension reads and processes page content and generated assets needed to perform the automation flow requested by the user.

This may include:

  • page state needed to determine when Flow is ready
  • generated output assets that the user chooses to capture into the extension gallery or download flow

3. User-generated content

The extension handles user-supplied workflow content, including:

  • prompt text entered by the user
  • .txt prompt template files selected by the user
  • reference images selected by the user

Data Sent to External Services

The current extension build sends license-related requests to:

  • https://autoflowboss-license.zhoeydev.workers.dev

These requests are used for:

  • license activation
  • license validation
  • license deactivation

The extension may send the following fields to the license service:

  • licenseKey
  • deviceId
  • sessionToken
  • appVersion

Data Not Sent by the Current Extension Build to the License Service

Based on the current extension implementation, the extension was not found to send the following to the developer license endpoint:

  • prompt text
  • selected reference images
  • generated output images stored in the extension gallery

If the product behavior changes in a future release, this policy must be updated before publication of that release.

How the Data Is Used

AutoFlowBoss uses handled data only to provide and support its user-facing features, including:

  • operating the automation workflow on supported Flow pages
  • storing settings and queue state
  • showing generated results in the extension gallery
  • downloading user-requested outputs
  • validating licensed access to the product
  • diagnosing extension errors through local debug logs

AutoFlowBoss does not use the handled data for:

  • selling personal data
  • advertising targeting
  • unrelated profiling
  • creditworthiness or lending decisions

Sharing of Data

AutoFlowBoss shares data only as described in this policy.

The current extension build shares license-related data with the developer-operated licensing service at autoflowboss-license.zhoeydev.workers.dev.

No analytics SDKs, ad SDKs, or unrelated third-party tracking libraries were found in the current extension build.

Data Security

The current license service endpoint uses HTTPS. Local extension data is stored in the user's browser profile storage.

Users should understand that browser profile access, device access, and account access remain under the user's own security responsibility.

User Controls

Users can control or remove certain data by:

  • uninstalling the extension
  • clearing extension state within the extension UI where available
  • deactivating the license on the current device
  • deleting generated files from the browser Downloads folder
